IT Service Desk / M365 Support Engineer
Salary: Up to SGD 3, month bonus
Security Clearance: Cat 2A (must be eligible to obtain)
Location: To be determined upon completion of security clearance
- Monday to Friday (7:30am – 6:30pm), staggered working hours
OR - Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm)
Working hours will be assigned by the project team
Estimated 9 working hours per day
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and administration for Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:
Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot, Intune, etc. - Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to resolver groups when required
- Maintain ownership of cases until closure with accurate documentation
- Provide timely updates to users on issue status and resolution progress
- Classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests
- Manage customer expectations and escalate unusual surge issues to Team Lead
- Liaise with second-level support on product enhancements
- Update shared knowledge repositories with changes and solutions
- Support M365-related incident management during transition or migration projects
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma with minimum 1 year of end-user support or service desk experience
- Strong technical skills supporting desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
Hands-on experience with:
Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Good understanding of IT hardware and peripherals
- Experience supporting WiFi and LAN connectivity
- Ability to work in an environment requiring security clearance (Cat 2A eligibility)
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- VPN and macOS support experience
Familiarity with:
Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Users, Licenses, Service Health)
- Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Admin Centers
- Entra ID (Azure AD): user management, sign-in logs (read), MFA settings
- Intune portal: basic device and application management
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – strongly preferred
- CompTIA A+ – preferred
Other Information
- Mandatory technical skillset: Microsoft Windows support
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore and able to obtain the required security clearance
