Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Assistant, located in Orchard. The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries and reservations, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing guest concerns, and coordinating with various hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
