Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and Deputy Sales Manager, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and sharing relevant information with the sales team.
- Manage order fulfillment and handle export shipping documentation, including customs clearance.
- Prepare and process key trade documents such as Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and Letters of Credit.
- Maintain accurate filing, record updates, and documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and deliver excellent after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Support sales operations and inventory management, as well as other ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales Managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to shipping processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with shipping terms and export documentation will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication with overseas Chinese counterparts and reviewing documents, contracts, and regulations in Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
