OAKSFO Pte Ltd is a long-standing MAS-licensed fund management company. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Senior Associate.

Position Overview

This role involves conducting market research and financial analysis, managing assets, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities and executing strategic plans to protect and grow real estate assets across various property types.

General Outline of Job Scope

· Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk analysis of real estate opportunities, and prepare investment memos and market reports.

· Source for real estate investment prospects, review transaction documents; prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals to the Investment Committee.

· Lead negotiations and structure investment transactions, ensuring alignment with the fund's objective and risk tolerance.

· Execute real estate transactions, including financing activities, and coordinating with legal, tax, financial, operational, and asset management teams.

· Responsible for the performance of real estate holdings, including monitoring cash flows, returns, and asset performance.

General Outline of Requirements

· Bachelor or Master degree (with Real Estate major will be a plus)

· Strong analytical skills and knowledge of real estate markets, trends and underwriting.

· 3-5 years of experience in real estate evaluation, acquisitions and asset management.

Excellent negotiation, communication and project management abilities.
