
HR Associate

- Location: Paya Lebar (Near to MRT)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (with WFH arrangement)
- Salary: Up to 3.2k + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support users, create online courses, and train regional teams on LMS usage
- Develop digital HR training content and work with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate training programs and Leadership Academy initiatives
- Track training records, costs, and claims
Employee Engagement & Employer Branding:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support internal surveys, manpower reporting, and engagement events
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and post content on LinkedIn
- Organize staff communications and recreational activities
General HR Support:
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g. payroll, CPF, tax)
- Administer benefits (medical, dental, insurance)
- Assist in ISO documentation and audits
- Manage office admin tasks (e.g. supplies, contracts, building issues)
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle), HRIS systems, and tools like MS Office, Canva, or AI tools like ChatGPT
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- No experience candidate is welcomed
