
Centre Administrator

- Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails.
- Handle student registration, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Manage payments, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with parents to provide updates and handle enquiries.
- Support centre events such as trial classes, open houses, and roadshows.
- Maintain an organised, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment, including simple cleaning of the centre and organising robotics kits.
- Assist trainers with lesson preparation and class logistics.
- Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant admin or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
- Enjoys working in a child-friendly, education-focused environment.
- Must be available to work on weekends (off-days will fall on weekdays).
- Prior experience in an enrichment/education centre is an advantage.

- Locations: Yishun / Clementi branches (rotation may apply).
- 5-day work week (including Saturdays & Sundays).
