CONTROL ROOM FUNCTIONS

  • Liaise with CAG for departure bay, remote bay, ERUB, refueling/defueling, compass swing, FCF.
  • Liaise with SATS Catering for offloading.
  • Liaise with Security for G24 opening.
  • Prepare and send telex for aircraft hand over and FCF.
  • Broadcast any incident/accident in Hangar to Management and staff.
  • Broadcast any Lightning / High Wind Alerts
  • Application of Hangar pass and ALH pass as and when required.
  • Update and provide DAMS reports.
  • Update and provide OTD reports.
  • Confirm arrival and departure for aircraft checks carried out in hangar and liaise with Operations.
  • Attend meetings with customers and management with regards to aircraft scheduling/planning and control room day to day work.
  • Answer queries from customers, staff and management
  • Attend to after office hour AOG calls
  • Plan airtug servicing date with LM Utilities such that operations is not impacted due to the servicing downtime.
  • Planning of manpower in Control Room in the event of absence.
  • Able to manage small team of 8 staff on 24/7 shift roster and ensure 24/7 availability of manning staff.

SCHEDULING FUNCTIONS

  • Planning of aircraft movement and aircraft bays in Hangars.
  • Plan with scheduling and provide 3 month charts for SQ, EC and marketing.
  • Provide report for fortnightly aircraft check schedule.
  • Liaise with Scoot, SIA & SALES for current checks and future hangar checks for bay planning.
  • Provide update to management on planned aircraft checks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in JAMIS/Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Office/ Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to work OT as and when required.
  • Fluent in English and able to write reports in English.
  • Able to communicate effectively to senior management.
  • Detail oriented and has good housekeeping, especially paperwork filing.
  • Able to make decisions based on operational requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned to him by his superiors.
