Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager to lead our manpower augmentation and outsourcing team.
- This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of manpower support services at customer sites, ensuring high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a balance of people leadership, operational management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of deployed staff across multiple customer sites.
- Ensure timely deployment, onboarding, and performance management of augmented staff.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve on-site escalations promptly.
- Drive productivity, utilisation, and service quality across all assignments.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding manpower augmentation.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and service reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Recruitment & Resource Planning
- Work closely with HR/talent acquisition to forecast, source, and recruit suitable candidates.
- Oversee interviews, selection, and placement to ensure staff meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a resource pool and pipeline of qualified talent for rapid deployment.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Track, report, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for manpower augmentation services.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvements in service delivery.
Business Growth Support
- Support business development by providing input on proposals, cost estimates, and manpower strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope of services with existing customers.
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in manpower outsourcing, project management, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment processes, and labour regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
