Manager – Manpower Augmentation & Outsourcing | $ 7000

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager to lead our manpower augmentation and outsourcing team.
  • This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of manpower support services at customer sites, ensuring high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a balance of people leadership, operational management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of deployed staff across multiple customer sites.
  • Ensure timely deployment, onboarding, and performance management of augmented staff.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve on-site escalations promptly.
  • Drive productivity, utilisation, and service quality across all assignments.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding manpower augmentation.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and service reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Recruitment & Resource Planning

  • Work closely with HR/talent acquisition to forecast, source, and recruit suitable candidates.
  • Oversee interviews, selection, and placement to ensure staff meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a resource pool and pipeline of qualified talent for rapid deployment.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track, report, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for manpower augmentation services.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvements in service delivery.

Business Growth Support

  • Support business development by providing input on proposals, cost estimates, and manpower strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope of services with existing customers.

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in manpower outsourcing, project management, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple sites.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment processes, and labour regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
