- Plan and execute communication strategies for various groups:
- Talent programme officers
- Leadership groups
- Supervisors of talent officers
- Senior Executive officers (for career development)
- Review or introduce new leadership/career development programmes (e.g. domain-specific career tracks, mentoring).
- Help organise development activities like: Crisis communication workshops Onboarding for talent officers Phoenix Community activities
- Posting exercises and supervisor training modules
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, or HR.
- Strong understanding of leadership development and stakeholder needs.
- Effective communicator who can work well with internal teams and senior management.
- Proficient in comms tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
