·       Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing equipment improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.

·       Decide on operations matters and ensure operations' effective achievement of objectives.

·       Own & Drive the equipment KPI's & performance indices (for eg. Uptime, OEE, OPE, MTTR and other related).

·       To drive productivity and cost improvement thru uph, uptime, automation, process simplification.

·       Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

·       Responsible for guiding subordinates in resolving yield and quality issues, related to equipments.

·       To lead / coach mgrs in driving yield, quality and productivity.

·       Support manufacturing goals / NPI / engrg activities / quality performance mtgs / manage related issues.

·       To lead & drive material / consumable cost reduction programs, through value engrg programs.

·       Sustain and provide continuous improvement yield/ quality /productivity through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers' requirements.

·       Daily equipment review/monitoring of equipment performance matrices and cross support mfg performance.

·       Analyse current operational process and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

·       Ensures that company / department goals are met.

·       Able to cohesively co-work with all supporting groups & process and mfg team.

Requirement:


• Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably with a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).


• Minimum 3 years in managerial position


• Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.
