The Opportunity:

  • Mass headcounts of process engineers, mechanical engineers, E&I engineers and control engineers
  • Given opportunity to be involved in the greenfield project

The Job:

  • Collaborate with project consultants, contractors, and government agencies on the design of process, mechanical, electrical, and automation systems for waste management facility.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and statutory regulations.
  • Support value engineering and design optimization to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensure construction, erection, and installation of plant equipment and systems are carried out in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor site works to ensure safety, environmental, and statutory compliance.
  • Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems. [depending on your discipline]
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to ensure smooth transition from construction to operations.
  • Support the development of operating manuals and training materials for operations staff.
  • Attend and witness FATs at local and overseas vendor facilities to verify equipment/system performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Document test results and follow up on corrective actions with vendors and consultants.

The Talent:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Multiple headcounts for junior, mid and senior level
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
