Job Description

Master Data Creation & Maintenance

  • Create SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS element, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with SOPs.

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.

  • Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and properly maintained.

  • Perform regular checks and reviews on past created master data, identifying irregularities and engaging the relevant stakeholders for resolution.

  • Assist in maintaining master data lists, hierarchies and groups.

Management Reporting

  • Prepare management reports to A*STAR research and supporting entities as required.

  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in master data management

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana (Funds Management and Controlling)

  • Meticulous, organised and possess good communication
