We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Brand & Marketing manager to join the team In this role, you will be a key player in the development and execution of the brands' strategies and campaigns. This is a multi-brand role which allows you to explore and create different campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.

You will manage a team of two executives and will report to the Brand & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders:

  • Work closely with the brand GM and Head Chef to review/launch all planned budget initiatives and promotions and implement a strong communications plan
  • Work closely with the Operations/ Restaurant Managers to understand the campaigns/ new menu feedback and suggest ways to refine dishes with the Chef/ product positioning / messaging accordingly
  • Work closely with other departments such as procurement, ops excellence and finance on the implementation of marketing campaigns

Lead integrated marketing plans:

  • Plan and execute the creation of new menu items and marketing campaigns – Including menu research, food tasting sessions, photoshoots, creation of marketing material and post mortem analysis
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including:

  • In-store (plan and create marketing collaterals like posters, flyers, menus, inserts, etc.)

  • Social Media platforms (plan content for the brand's social media platforms)
  • Digital advertising (plan content for GDAs, FB/IG posts, SEO)

  • Monitor competitor activities and market development: Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to gain valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Work closely with external agencies:

  • Manage and work closely with the agency on creating stories for the brand, media alerts, media drops, and be involved at all media and KOLs hostings
  • Work closely with the digital agency on ads and track ads spend
  • Identify relevant joint partnerships/ sponsorships with external partners such as corporate banks, trade partners, promoters etc.

Others:

  • Work closely with in-house designers on photoshoots and creation of marketing material
  • Evaluate key marketing campaigns and performance tracking and report these in the P&L report monthly
  • Proof-read all marketing collaterals, menus, advertising & promotion materials before print/ distribution
  • Ensure all customer's complaints received online are responded and first acknowledged by the team timely, follow through and update all key stakeholders on the final investigation with operations team
  • Responsible for the performance management of the two executives, check and balance their goals setting for the year and provide feedback and recommended solutions, when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferably in the F&B, consumer lifestyle or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills and is able to mentor junior members
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills and is able to multi-task under time constraints and within established deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Social media and online savvy
  • Positive, enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
