**Purpose of role**:
The Assistant Brand Manager SEAK will support the overall strategic marketing vision of the Blackmores. This will include the efficient delivery and execution of key marketing initiatives, including Innovation development.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support in the development and execution of the Blackmores SEAK Vision and Strategy.
- Support in the development and execution of SEAK Innovation & Communication plans that drive scale and excite consumers.
- Support SEAK Regional Brand team in key growth initiatives
- Project Management of SEAK innovation and communication programs
- High learning agility with ability to bring new learnings and skills to the team to enable new thinking and lateral approaches to unlocking the market opportunities/
- Develop strong analytical skills to interpret and uncover market trends, competitor activity, and agility to learn and adapt to new and changing business environments.

**Who are you?**
- Relevant Degree in Marketing or other equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand /product management, preferably in health, pharmacy or FMCG
- Good understanding on the regional market and their consumers
- High influencing skills and ability to build rapport, credibility and partner with stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Demonstrates good insights generations and analytical skills to develop robust marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build working relationships across multiple cultures
