Locum Operations & Admin (West, 6 months, $18/hr)

Responsibilities

Support planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs to ensure quality patient care.

Coordinate with external vendors for transport and courier arrangements.

Work with cross-hospital BMU to manage bed requests.

Liaise with different departments to schedule appointments and services requested by clinicians.

Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Provide financial counselling to patients/next-of-kin (NOK) on estimated bills, subsidies, payment schemes, and payment methods.

Assist patients with payment forms, ensure proper documentation, and follow up until discharge.

Generate reports from the EMR system and update relevant channels for the clinical team.

Requirements

Min Diploma in Science -related studies

Passionate in healthcare industry

Customer service oriented

Willing to work on weekends/public holidays
