Job Description:

  • Create purchase orders and maintain an organized filing system for purchasing records. Verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with company guidelines before processing payments.
  • Prepare biweekly and monthly inventory reports for management. Work closely with internal departments to monitor stock levels and coordinate delivery schedules, maintaining tight inventory control.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure goods are produced according to requirements and delivered on time. Follow up with vendors (both local and overseas) when deliveries are delayed or do not meet specifications.
  • Coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders. Ensure all shipping, customs, and import/export documentation is complete and compliant. Perform quality checks on incoming materials to confirm quantity and quality.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, comparing pricing and service to optimize cost efficiency. Assist with half-yearly stock counts, troubleshoot stock discrepancies, and implement procurement strategies for urgent or long lead-time items. Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Supply Chain. Fresh grads can apply. Experience in sanitaryware (Not Mandotory).
  • Basic skills in Excel, Word, and ERP or inventory systems are preferred.
