Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with suppliers to procure materials, goods, and services.
  • Evaluate pricing and negotiate terms to secure the best value.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery according to project or operational requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with warehouse or store teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term partnerships.
  • Adhere to company policies and procurement procedures throughout the purchasing process.
  • Analyse procurement data to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and agreements for compliance and reference.

Job Requirements:

  • Entry level is welcome, training will be provided
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques will be an advantage.
