Primary Role

To provide food and beverage service to the guest in efficient and courteous manner and to support the cashiering, posting and administrative functions of the food and beverage outlet in accordance with Hotel and policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a smooth and welcoming dining experience by managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintains cleanliness and readiness of dining areas by clearing tables, handling glassware and linens, collecting requisitions, and ensuring overall hygiene and presentation standards are upheld.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction by engaging politely, handling billing procedures efficiently, and expressing gratitude with warmth and professionalism at the end of the dining experience.
  • Support cashiering duties by handling payments, balancing cash funds, posting accurate charges, and preparing daily cashier's reports in compliance with hotel policies.
  • Upsell Food & Beverage in order to increase the outlet average check/revenue.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school education or equivalent qualification
  • Prior F&B or hospitality experience preferred; training will be provided for fresh candidates
  • Outgoing and personable, enjoys interacting and engaging with guests
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and service-ready attitude
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying composed and professional
  • Physically fit to stand/walk for long hours and carry trays or items as required
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining service, hygiene, and safety standards
