As a Service Crew of the Company, you shall willingly and diligently carry out

the duties assigned to you from time to time, including but not limited to the following:

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Present menus and offer recommendations or explain specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special dietary requests.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen or bar clearly and correctly.
  • Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their meal.
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns politely and promptly.
  • Handle complaints calmly and professionally or escalate when needed.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Check back after serving to ensure everything is to the guest's liking.
  • Clear dishes and utensils between courses and after meals.
  • Prepare and serve side items like bread, water, or condiments when required.
  • Assist with packing takeout or leftovers for guests if needed.

Billing & Payments

  • Prepare checks accurately.
  • Process various forms of payment (cash, card, mobile apps).
  • Provide correct change and receipts.
  • Thank guests and invite them to return.

Setup & Cleanliness

  • Set tables before service with clean linens, cutlery, glassware, and menus.
  • Reset and sanitize tables after guests leave.
  • Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Maintain cleanliness of side stations and service areas.

Teamwork & Support

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff.
  • Help other servers or staff during peak hours or busy sections.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions.
  • Report any issues or incidents to management.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
  • Wear clean, appropriate uniform or dress code.

Adhere to safety protocols when handling hot dishes, spills, or cleaning materials
