What You'll Do

Project Management & Operations

  • Lead and operationalize Radiology IT projects (AI, 3D Imaging/Printing, emerging platforms).
  • Oversee MDOTS compliance, IT RA deviations, and renewals for Radiology IT systems.
  • Manage contracts lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals or terminations.
  • Support EPIC EMR change requests, testing, and process updates.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with Radiology Informatics teams.
  • Facilitate troubleshooting sessions and ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and training to enhance staff competency.
  • Support budgeting and procurement processes.

Intra-cluster Processes & Services

  • Manage intra-cluster referral workflows.
  • Oversee equipment/service leasing and outsourcing arrangements.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Conduct analysis to identify process gaps.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on insights.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree/Diploma in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in contract/vendor management, IT, or project management
  • Entry levels with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in teams.
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-office duties.
