 Farrer Park MRT

Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Up to $2,600/month + Commissions 

 Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions securely.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Process purchase orders accurately and follow up promptly.
  • Update internal systems to ensure accurate data.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry.
  • Ability to handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
