MUFG Bank in Singapore is seeking an Analyst, Assistant Relationship Manager to join their dedicated team, supporting relationship managers and enhancing customer experiences across a diverse portfolio. What you'll do:

As an Analyst, Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting relationship managers by facilitating agent transactions and managing credit control processes. Your daily responsibilities will include executing credit instructions from the Agent Office, overseeing transactional activities booked in Singapore, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will assist relationship managers closely with customers for onboarding procedures, update credit documentation on a timely manner, and process daily transactions with precision. Building strong stakeholder relationships is essential; you will collaborate extensively both within the organisation and externally to ensure customer needs are met. By partnering with Operations teams, you will help maintain workflow efficiency while upholding compliance standards. Your involvement in departmental initiatives will contribute to increased revenue opportunities and enhanced service delivery.

  • Support relationship managers in delivering a comprehensive range of banking services to customers within your coverage area, helping achieve business unit revenue targets through attentive service.

  • Execute credit transactions as instructed by the Agent Office, overseeing extensions of credit booked in Singapore and ensuring all activities are conducted accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage administrative aspects of booking credits, including funding, extension or collection processes, and promptly reporting any issues such as repayment delays to the Agent Office.

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally within the organisation and externally with clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Handle day-to-day business transactions with assigned customers, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of enquiries while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

  • Facilitate customer onboarding services by updating required documentation and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as external regulations.

  • Partner with Operations teams to guarantee seamless transaction processing, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during execution.

  • Support team members promptly by collaborating closely with relationship managers and stakeholders throughout APAC to drive business development initiatives.

  • Contribute to departmental projects aimed at increasing revenue opportunities while consistently delivering exceptional service quality to customers.

  • Degree qualification is required.

  • Minium 1 - 3 years of relevant experience within banking or financial services environments. Fresh graduated is also welcome.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects, communicate requirements clearly with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to organisational change as well as respond sensitively to demands from different stakeholders is crucial.

  • Demonstrated organised approach combined with meticulous focus in completing the work process accuracy, smooth and speedily.

  • A detailed understanding of the organisation's products and services equips you to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations ensures your work remains compliant with industry standards at all times.

  • Exceptional organisational skills combined with efficient time management help you handle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications supports your ability to manage documentation, reporting tasks, and communication efficiently.
