
Sales and Order Fulfilment Assistant

Job Description:
- Retrieve outlets orders
- Convert outlets orders to production orders.
- Attend to outlets and customers enquiry and feedback.
- Answer Retail Outlet's enquiries on orders and products timely.
- Business Central – input inventory stock.
- Adjust stock for each individual outlet and to recall their customized sales order.
- Manages sales email account to ensure that customers' enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
- Manages the sales phone to ensure that customers' enquiries are responded in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper handling requirement for all the process orders from customers.
- Also, to ensure all administrative processes are handled according to the stipulated requirement.
- Record and to keep track on customers' feedback.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec / Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in order fulfillment and sales coordinator role.
- Familiar with Business Central system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, and yet be a team player
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Work as a team and a strong team player.
- Able to start work with the short notice period.
Benefit:
- 5 days per week.
- Working hour: 6.30am to 4.00pm.
- Rest day: 2 days as per schedule (including 1 weekend off day) by Dept Manager. PH: on rotation.
- Meal Break: 1 hour
- Annual Leave: 10 days. 1 additional day with continuous 12months in service. Up to 14days.
- Annual Incentive Bonus: 0.5 month basic salary / pay out twice a year.
