We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at GASHUBIN ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth and managing client relationships. This is a full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote services.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and bids for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Lead and train the project & QS team, setting targets and KPIs to complete projects.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct research to understand market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client insights.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Requirement:

  • Technical knowledge in M & E services, preferably with AutoCad capability.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and market dynamics.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
