The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading company in the AdTech industry to find a Technical Solutions Consultant.
  • We are looking for individuals with expertise in technical troubleshooting, advertising technology, and a strong understanding of digital advertising solutions.
  • This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide consultative guidance to clients.
  • This role starts off as a 6 months contract assignment.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting advertising technologies (e.g., pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery).
  • Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences (is a must).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in delivering actionable technical solutions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager tools, and Software Development Kit (SDK) troubleshooting is a plus.

Job Description
This role will be responsible for providing technical support and consultation to both clients and internal stakeholders within the AdTech industry:

  • Become an expert in the company's advertising solutions and provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices and bespoke setups.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising technologies, including pixels, ad servers, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, etc.) to prioritize and resolve client issues.
  • Partner with the Sales teams to build and execute market/vertical plans for technical services.
  • Participate in weekly team learning sessions to share findings and troubleshoot client issues.
  • Expand team scope by coaching junior analysts and vendors in troubleshooting basic issues.
