The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with an US Tech MNC and we are looking for an experienced sourcing and contracts specialist.
  • Focus: Manage sourcing, procurement, and contract administration for global vendor operations. Responsibilities include vendor lifecycle management, drafting and amending contracts, supporting proposal documentation, and driving process efficiencies through dashboards, scorecards, and data consolidation.
  • The role will start off as a contractual assignment.
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice would be preferred.
The Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Experience handling vendor engagement across full lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Skilled in contract amendments, documentation, and administrative follow-through
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Technologically proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in MNCs or tech companies
  • Exposure to outsourcing operations or content moderation vendor models
  • Familiarity with dashboard creation, scorecards, and process mapping
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, SAP, or similar platforms
The Job
  • Manage contracts and sourcing processes for global vendor operations
  • Draft and review proposals, contract amendments, and sourcing documents
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify inefficiencies and map procurement processes
  • Build and analyze vendor performance scorecards and spend dashboards
  • Maintain vendor documentation and ensure adherence to compliance requirements
  • Liaise with vendors and cross-functional internal teams to support project timelines
  • Support data consolidation and reporting activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive automation opportunities across sourcing workflows
