**Responsibilities**:
- Business and Sales Strategizing for Growth: _
- To plan and implement strategies for organizational HR consulting business and market penetration into global markets for the company and business growth
- To take the lead in initiating client contact, meetings, proposals, and related projects
- Client Management: _
- To conduct meetings with and accurately understand the client's organizational/HR challenges and needs and provide suitable consultation and solutions to them
- To create materials relating to consulting projects with clients
- Project Management: _
- To ensure smooth training or program delivery (e.g., logistics
management, pre-sales support, and post-sales follow-up)
- To create the project deliverables (e.g., reports, surveys etc.)
- Operational and Administrative Management for ongoing projects: _
- To ensure timely updates of internal CRM
- To continuously provide operational excellence support by creating and/or updating documents and/or deliverables
- To perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
**Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in Organizational HR Consultancy orin-house HRBP/Organizational Development/Learning & Developmentroles / Other Consultancy or In-house Strategic/Corporate Planningand Development/Project Management roles / Other CorporateSales/Marketing roles (non-tangible services preferred)
- Experience working with Japanese clients is preferred but not essential
- Able to use MS Suite including PowerPoint
- Able to fluently use English as a primary language to engage with globalinternal and external stakeholders
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Working location: City Hall
