Objective
We are looking for a talented, well-rounded senior level Creative Designer to join a large team of creatives. As an in-house designer for one of the top cryptocurrency platforms in the world, you will be working closely with the team’s Art Director to design and execute various engaging and compelling creative campaigns.

Criteria:
You possess the ability to generate highly original concepts and have an outstanding eye for detail. You have incredible, confident communication skills and can exercise this skill clearly and effectively with various Business Units across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Research, conceptualize and create designs on a wide range of crypto related topics such as: social media, campaigns, and branding
- Come up with appropriate solutions to briefs from a professional creative point of view
- Work effectively to design and execute creative solutions, from the big picture, down to the small details
- Manage a dynamic set of multiple work priorities, demands, and changes
- Keep project managers informed and projects on track with timelines
- Be able to create new designs within the consistency of standardized brand guidelines
- Revisions to finished pieces based on the reasonable team feedback
- Confidently present and articulate creative concepts, designs, and ideas
- Aware of what competitors are doing in terms of their branding art direction to keep one step ahead

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative, or graphic design role. Enthusiastic about EVERYTHING design and find the crypto world interesting
- Proficiency in visualizing concepts and using well-practiced design skills to execute
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating breadth across various mediums of design: illustration, typesetting, and branding across both print and digital
- Expert at using Adobe CC on Mac (mostly AI, PS, InDesign)
- Some experience with Google tools for work
- Good team spirit, able to collaborate well with others
- Bring a positive attitude and an inspiring work ethic to our company
- Capable of seeing a project from concept to completion
