The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our Group Finance team at United Hampshire US REIT Management Pte Ltd, based in the Raffles Place Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial accounting and reporting processes.

As part of the Group Finance team, you will assist in portfolio analysis, financial reporting and management reporting, supporting the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage financial closing and budgeting activities
  • Review and analyse financial reports from overseas entities, liaising with the overseas finance team for submission and analysis
  • Assist with group consolidation and management reporting functions in accordance with the statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and analyse group financial and management reports
  • Assist with the preparation of result announcements, financial statements and annual report
  • Assist in the annual audit process, tax filing matters and any other compliance matters
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with system implementation and process improvements as necessary
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent, Chartered Accountant (CA) will be ideal
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
  • Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  • Other attributes include being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
