Senior Executive Assistant – HR Shared Services (3-Month Contract, Extendable)

Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Salary: $2,580 – $2,800

Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

About the Role:

Join the HR Shared Services team to support HR operations and data management. You'll handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain accurate records, and ensure HR processes meet the company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and file HR documents according to SLA
  • Update, maintain, and approve staff HR data in myHR
  • Verify onboarding data for new hires and offboarding data for resigning staff
  • Deliver HR activities that meet SLA and KPI expectations
  • Ensure records in myHR are accurate and follow team standards
  • Perform ad hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR records/data processing experience (entry-level welcome)
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and maintain data confidentiality
  • Capable of working under tight timelines and adapting to changing priorities
  • IT-savvy, especially in Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets
  • Organized, meticulous, and proactive
