As an Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for performing the below duties:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, payables, and receivables.
  • Manage intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure GST compliance and correct treatment of zero-rated transactions.
  • Classify, prepare and file GST returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, including doing reports, schedules, and financial analysis.
  • Assist with year-end audits.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of corporate tax statutory reports in line with regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the manager

Ideally, you should have :

  • At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years related working experiences in Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot, and Vlookup.
  • Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable in handling high volume work in fast paced environment.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Singaporeans only (no quota for foreign candidate)
