Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Description:

  • Organize and manage existing customer database and quoted enquiries
  • Send follow-up messages and tracers to customers
  • Identify and report potential customers to the MD
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and technical teams to support deal closure
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in planning and tracking marketing campaigns and their effectiveness
  • Support brand awareness efforts and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably involving technical products and direct customer engagement
  • Experience working closely with senior management is an advantage
