The Talent
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset and demonstrated resilience under pressure
The Job
  • Understand BHS design and operations, monitor real time KPIs, identify performance issues through data analysis, and work with contractors to maintain system reliability
  • Handle daily operational issues and system diversions, make quick decisions during incidents, deploy manpower for recovery, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Lead monthly tabletop and quarterly recovery exercises with contractors to ensure readiness and familiarity with system failure SOPs
  • Manage baggage investigations, coordinate maintenance activities, and generate daily reports on incidents, short-shipped bags, and operational insights
