Customer Liaison Officer
Description:
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance schedules with customers and field engineers. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
You will also be responsible for escalating non-compliance issues to the Delivery Manager and dispatching field services engineers based on advice from the FSE or Team Lead Field Services/Service Delivery Manager.Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with customers and field engineers.
- Escalate non-compliance issues to the Delivery Manager.
- Dispatch field services engineers and assign service orders based on advice from the FSE or Team Lead Field Services/Service Delivery Manager.
- Prepare billing for completed maintenance tasks.
- Generate reports using Excel, vlookup, and pivot tables.
- Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following call management process and quality compliance requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead as required.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Be proficient in SAP, MS Office applications, and have good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and vlookup).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and ability to work in a team.
