About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for coordinating Preventive Maintenance schedules with customers and Field Engineers, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate non-compliance issues to the relevant authorities, maintaining quality compliance requirements.
  • Dispatch Field Services Engineers and assign service orders based on expert advice or management input.
  • Process billing for completed tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze data using Excel, creating reports with pivot tables and vlookup functionality.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, registering them in the service management system following established procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office Applications, with strong knowledge of Excel (pivot table and vlookup).
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
