• Handle telephone calls, emails, and front-desk duties, including receiving and directing visitors.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Assist with general office support for all departments &
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and expedite deliveries.
• Prepare delivery orders for materials being sent to project sites.
• Assist in tracking and updating project schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries.
• Assist with daily operational matters for projects.
Requirements:
- GCE Ó Level or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years admin experience in a construction firm
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
- Able to communicate in English and one other local language
