Central Region, Singapore 808 Eating House Full time $2,500 - $4,000 per year

A vibrant and popular dining establishment known for its delicious fusion of Asian flavors, 808 Eating House is growing and looking for like-minded individuals to join the team in the heart of charming and culturally rich Joo Chiat neighbourhood.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily dining area set-up.
  • Manage, process and coordinate guests enquiries and reservations via restaurant channels such as phone line, WhatsApp etc.
  • Sweeping and mopping of dining areas as well as maintaining cleanliness of all customer areas including toilets and walkways.
  • Understanding our food and drink items as well as the concept and menu, in order to explain them to our guests.
  • Monitoring inventory count, quality of ingredients, and placing orders for the bar and beverages.
  • Practice food safety regulations and ensure that food and drinks are prepared and stored in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Ah-hoc helping out with kitchen prep as a team.
  • Engage with guests in our open kitchen and dining area, and most importantly have a good time
  • Learn, grow and improve everyday.

  • Prior experience in F&B not necessary but definitely helpful.

Working location:

Joo Chiat, Singapore

Schedule:

Wednesdays to Fridays: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

(Mondays & Tuesdays off, Third off-day assigned based on rotational basis depending on weekly schedule needs.)
