Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and key deliverable timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
  • Review and adjust schedules to accommodate variations and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assess and evaluate changes in project scope, including impacts on cost, time, and resources.
  • Maintain proper documentation of project events for contractual and claim-related purposes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant planning experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
