Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (1-Year Contract)

Contract Period: Starting November 2025

Work Schedule:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am – 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hr lunch)
  • Fridays: 8:30am – 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hr lunch)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays (unless required for system incidents).

Job Scope
  • Manage and support infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance, and the overall cloud infrastructure operating environment.
  • Apply strong technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing, and DevOps Engineering principles.
  • Maintain oversight of systems operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure operations.
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) in close collaboration with Application Services teams to ensure system availability.
  • Lead infrastructure project delivery, ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors, while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendors, monitor performance via KPIs and SLAs, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
  • Professional certifications in AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred.
  • Proactive and dedicated professional with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
