BTI Executive Search is representing our banking client for a role focusing on financial accounting, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, preparing reconciliations, financial statements, management reports and budgets, as well as forecasting financial performance. The position also involves monitoring financial ratios, updating accounting policies and coordinating with auditors and tax agents on audits, filings and tax compliance matters.

On the regulatory side, the role ensures timely and accurate submission of MAS returns and compliance reports, while maintaining regulatory procedures, addressing queries from regulators, and working with consultants on accounting and reporting systems.

Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields, with 5–10 years' relevant banking experience, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of IFRS/SFRS, MAS requirements and tax rules.

Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA) and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Vermeg are advantageous.
