A leading watch retailer with multi-outlet operations is seeking a dedicated Accountant to support

and manage the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Full Set of Accounts


• Assist in managing full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

General Ledger Management


• Oversee and process journal entries, ensuring accurate transaction allocation and reporting.

Bank Reconciliation


• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring transactions align with financial records.

Financial Statement Review


• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.

Daily Finance & Accounts Operations Support


• Assist the Finance Manager in daily financial tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Requirements


• Diploma/Degree in Accounting


• Preferably with 2-3 years of accounting experiences within retail industry with retail outlets,

franchises, branches


• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel/pivot table, UBS or accounting software


• Strong analytical and organizational skills


• Salary: S$4,000 – S$4,800/month


• Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 13th-month AWS, medical claims, lunch provided.


• Location: Howard Road (Tai Seng or MacPherson MRT station)
