About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand General Manager or Assistant General Manager to lead the Singapore market for our luxury beauty and fashion brands. This leadership role will be based locally in Singapore and will focus exclusively on managing the Singapore market. You will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of our brand portfolio, ensuring profitable and sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to grow market share and profitability for Singapore market in alignment with brand and company goals

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty

  • Manage and optimise the brand's distribution network, including both physical retail and e-commerce channels

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for the brand

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in merchandising, operations, and finance to drive operational excellence

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the local brand team, mentoring and developing talent

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on progress and driving continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • 8-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury beauty or fashion industries

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies to drive growth and profitability

  • Excellent understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer trends

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and operationally focused

  • Collaborative leadership style with a talent for developing and motivating teams
