Staff Officer, Service Excellence

Contract: 11 Months

Salary: Up to $3,100/month

Location: Ubi

Working Hours:

  • Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Staff Officer, Service Excellence supports the day-to-day operation of the Feedback System, evaluating public feedback and coordinating follow-ups with relevant departments. The role also contributes to implementing service excellence plans and policies and assists in monitoring and generating organization-wide feedback statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and act on public feedback, ensuring timely resolution according to standards
  • Assist in implementing service excellence plans and policies, collaborating with relevant departments/units
  • Monitor, collate, and generate accurate feedback statistics for reporting and analysis
  • Support service recovery and follow-up actions where necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player with good collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of organizational services, operations, and public safety measures is a plus
