Responsibilities:**

  • Handle high volume of calls, online platforms, and social media enquiries.
  • Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback; ensure timely resolution.
  • Schedule customer appointments and manage daily orders.
  • Provide service via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Coordinate with labs, shops, and vendors for stock, lenses, and deliveries.
  • Ensure accurate sales tally, reporting, and order processing.
  • Ensure parcels are packed nicely and arrange for delivery vendor pick-up.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communication roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Call centerexperience required, with ability tomulti-task to handle calls, email, live chat and WhatsApp concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
