About the Role

Azora Group is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Executive (Procurement) to join our growing team. This full-time role, based in Singapore, offers the opportunity to play a key part in optimising our procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-scaling retail and eCommerce business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end procurement activities to support daily operations.
  • Developing procurement strategies, conducting market research, and evaluating suppliers.
  • Negotiating with vendors to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining supplier and product data in the ERP system for accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost analysis.
  • Working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and management teams to align procurement needs with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance processes.
  • Proficient in Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
