Your New Company:The company is operating primarily in the electrical and industrial manufacturing industry, specifically in the cabling and connectivity solutions sector. The company provides products and services for industries requiring reliable and high-performance electrical and communication systems.

Job Summary:

The role of a Procurement Planning Executive is involves inventory and order management, coordinating shipments, maintaining SAP Material Master data, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet customer requirements.

Job Descriptions :

  • Inventory Management – Plan and update system parameters in a timely manner based on monthly consumption, optimizing stock levels to achieve inventory targets.
  • Order Management – Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring timely updates in SAP. Track orders to confirm materials are shipped and delivered as scheduled.
  • Inbound Shipment Coordination – Collaborate with stakeholders on all aspects of inbound shipments, update SAP accurately and promptly, maintain shipping documentation, and verify invoices to prevent discrepancies.
  • Cross-Trade Shipment Management – Facilitate and coordinate direct drop shipments from factory to customer, ensuring compliance with Free Trade Agreements for import duty rebates.
  • Claim Management – Handle claims related to vendor defects efficiently.
  • Material Master Management – Maintain and ensure the accuracy of Material Master data in SAP (including standard length, HS code, and planned delivery time).
  • Operational Quality & Efficiency – Ensure operations meet customer requirements while adhering to company policies.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties – Perform any other tasks, projects, or reports assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management
  • At least 2 years' experience in supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of SAP system preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advance applications
  • Creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills
  • Experience managing 3PL partners
