About the Roles

Join a reputable building construction company as a Site Manager / Project Lead (Residential & Renovation) based in Ubi. This permanent position offers a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm), providing excellent work-life balance. You'll play a key role in managing residential and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, oversee, and execute renovation and construction projects for landed homes, condominiums, and HDB units.
  • Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors, allocating manpower and resources effectively to meet project schedules.
  • Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, identify discrepancies, and propose practical solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Manage site operations including structural alterations, finishing works, and interior fit-outs in accordance with approved plans.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Prepare and update project timelines, work schedules, and progress reports for management and clients.
  • Handle contract-related matters such as variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Perform other relevant project-related duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or site management.
  • Experience in landed house construction or condominium/HDB renovation will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations, authority submissions, and residential construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
