Singapore PM ASIA PROJECT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

PM Group Singapore is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to lead and support our client's capex projects. The incumbent will be involved in handling projects within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences space.

**_Location: Site-Based/ West _**

**_Duration: 1.5 years contract

**Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities**:

- Manage project activities within the project team ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met
- Lead required operational activities for the project in line with the global project objectives defined by the project Core Team Leader
- Ensure close working relationship with the project Core Team Leaders
- Produce and manage the project strategy ensuring agreed objectives can be met
- Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations
- Participate in utility systems design reviews and provide input into user requirements
- Manage the project Risk Log ensuring all identified risks have been mitigated
- Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication
- Provide support for the operational activities and project phase reviews
- Conduct project reviews with the project team and site management on a regular basis
- Provide support for product costing and financial assessment of the project
- Provide feedback and support for identification of training / development requirements of project team members
- Provide support for the annual budget preparation and project capital
- Monitor project expenses in line with the approved project budget
- Provide support for preparation of monthly Managerial reports
- Ensure smooth transfer of project knowledge and technology from engineering to production
- Ensures all activities, equipment and facilities comply with site cGMP, Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Degree qualification in relevant Engineering discipline
- **Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Pharma, medical device or Semis-conductor will be highly preferred**:

- Experience with any various utility systems, such as chillers, HVAC, purified water etc.
- Experience directing / supervision of construction projects would be an advantage
- Good level of project management skills
- Effective communication, presentation and documentation skills
