N-Project Manager Interior Fitting Contractor

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in office fit-out renovation is a MUST

Objective of This Role:

Assist the project director to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy

Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle

Responsibility:

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules
  • Delegate tasks to the Project team whom are best positioned to complete them
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issue
  • Serving as a point of contract for teams when multiple project are running to ensure team action remain in synergy
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Facilitating change request to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Adjust schedule and target on the project as needs when encounter changes without compromising the client's expectation and schedule set out
  • Communicating with project director to keep the project aligned with their goals and handover schedule
  • Identifying and developing new opportunity with client
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Reading drawing is a must
