The focus of the IT Applications Manager is to execute and deliver successful implementation of IT Application projects that follow the Global IT roadmap and contribute to the improvement of the business. They will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and prioritization of the deliveries in accordance and continuous alignment with the Global IT team and local stakeholders. This position also needs to handle and work on ad-hoc projects and provide emergency support for the smooth run of IT Applications. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and data flows and a proven track record in delivering successful projects within the allocated budget and timeframe. The IT Applications Manager will report to the Director IT CIO, South Asia Pacific & Korea.
**Responsibilities
**Prioritization and Resource Management**
- Efficiently allocate resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery Identify and resolve resource conflicts to maintain project timelines
**Planning**
**Stakeholder Management**
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and resolutions**Project & Budget Management**
- Implement effective project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and minimize risks
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality**Flexibility and Agile Methodologies**
- Embrace and champion agile methodologies to enhance the flexibility and responsiveness of the IT team Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and responsiveness to changing business needs**Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience in working in a strong multi-cultural environment
- Experience in working with agile methodologies and promoting a culture of flexibility and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Direct experience with Store Digitalization and modern eCom platforms is a plus
- Successful experience in working in Luxury Industry in a retail company is a plus
